Pumping Trial Flare
Equipment overview:
Pumping trial flare: Energy360 designed this flare to flare gas at 500m³/h at a landfill site in eastern Victoria. The flare is designed to prove the LFG flow and flare the gas. The LFG enters through specialised nozzles and is ignited by a UV interrupted LPG pilot.
Flare status, faults and operational conditions (Flow, Temperature, Methane level, Field Vacuum, Run time, etc) are read by the PLC for data display/logging.
The OCS is connected via a modem/4G network for remote control and monitoring.
An Energy360 gas flare is a critical element of any biogas handling system. We design and manufacture a number of different types and sizes of gas flares, each engineered to handle the gas flow for individual gas systems.
Our expert Energy360 engineers will review your process conditions and recommend and design a suitable gas flaring system. Our standard designs include enclosed flares, temperature controlled for maximum destruction efficiency to meet regulatory requirements, Candlestick flares for small quantities of gas, and portable skid mounted systems.
